Outside General Counsel

For many of our clients, hiring a full-time in-house attorney to address recurring legal issues is not a viable option. Instead, they turn to Joines PLLC for cost-effective solutions. Having previously served as a senior in-house attorney for a public company and general counsel of a private equity firm with numerous portfolio companies, the firm’s founder, Bob Joines, has considerable experience managing in-house legal affairs and counseling entrepreneurs, boards of directors and business executives. Whether it’s negotiating the resolution of a dispute, developing standard business forms, handling personnel issues, implementing a compliance program, reviewing a contract, or any other corporate or commercial matter, Joines PLLC is ready to assist.
