James Robert (“Bob”) Joines

Bob has almost 30 years of experience representing large and small clients in a variety of real estate and business matters. Prior to founding JOINES, PLLC, Bob was a partner at a small law firm in Boca Raton, Florida where he built a successful practice. Before moving to Florida in 2005, Bob served as General Counsel and COO for private equity firms based in Beverly Hills, California and Dallas, Texas. Bob began his career as a transactional attorney at one of the nation’s largest law firms, based in Cleveland, Ohio.
